In compliance of order dated 14.12.2023, a report has been submitted on behalf of the Chairman of the Bihar School Examination Board contained in Memo No. 550 dated 18.12.2023 informing the fact that the petitioner had appeared before the Chairman of the Board and his date of birth has found as per the matriculation certificate to be recorded as 10.02.2002. The same has been stapled and kept on record.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition considering the report submitted by the Chairman of the Bihar School Examination Board.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
