The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 15.5.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.21759 of 2019 in connection with Complaint Case No. 1494C of 2018 pending in the Court of the learned SDJM, Patna to the extent of extending the period of surrender of the petitioner. The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in the aforementioned case on the readiness to make payment of R.10000/- per month to O.P. No. 2 and he was directed to surrender before the learned Court below within a period of

No.80220 of 2019(2) dt.22-01-2020 2/2 twelve weeks from the date of order but the petitioner failed to surrender in time since the petitioner challenged the order before the Supreme Court in SLP (Criminal) No. 8058 of 2019 which has been dismissed vide order dated 11.9.2019. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the date of surrender of the petitioner is extended by three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with the Complaint Case No. 1494C of 2018 pending in the Court of the learned SDJM, Patna.
