JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 01-02-2018 Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Raghopur P.S.Case No. 52 of 2017 registered for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 341, 323, 308, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
It appears that allegation against the petitioners is general and omnibus of assault.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that the main allegation against other accused, who has been granted anticipatory bail by the court below and the case of the petitioners stands on better footing than that of co-accused. Heard learned APP also.

No.3937 of 2018 (2) dt.01-02-2018 2/2 In the facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No. 52 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further conditions that (1) one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned and (2) petitioners will co-operate in investigation and will appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required, except on genuine reason, failing which their bail bonds shall be cancelled.
