This is an application for grant for regular bail in connection with Amour P.S. Case No. 197 of 2021, registered for the offence under Sections 417, 419, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 472, 473, 474, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier, the petitioner had moved before this Court for grant of regular bail in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 5658 of 2022 which was rejected vide order dated 24.05.2022 on merit. Seen the report of the Trial Court. From perusal of the same, it appears that the co-accused is delaying the trial. In the opinion of this Court, the petitioner cannot be given the benefit of delay caused in the trial. Further, there is no fresh ground or changed circumstance.

Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed.
