2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Benipatti P.S. Case No. 211 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code, under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act and under Section 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner has been caught with one country made pistol and illicit liquor.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 15.9.2023.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79953 of 2023(3) dt.05-03-2024 2/2 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Madhubani in connection with Benipatti P.S. Case No. 211 of 2023.

7. As a condition of this order, the Court below is directed to accept the bail bond of the petitioner after Holi Vacation.
