The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Sakri P.S.ase No.148 of 2019 dated 8.9.2019, G.R.No.1677 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 .

Allegation against the petitioners is about recovery of 22 and odd ltrs. of liquor from the possession of the petitioners. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that they have been falsely implicated in this case, having no criminal antecedent and they are in custody for more than three months. Charge sheet has been submitted and there is no chance of tampering with the evidence.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ADJ II cum Special Judge (Excise) Act, Madhubani in connection with Sakri P.S.Case No.148 of 2019 dated 8.9.2019 G.R.No.1677 of 2019. With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
