The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dagarua P.S. Case No.302 of 2022 registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner is aged about 92 years. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6467 of 2023(2) dt.06-04-2023 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Purnea in connection with Dagarua P.S.
