1. The defects, pointed out by the Registry, are

Patna High Court MJC No.3303 of 2023(3) dt.19-07-2024 2/2 ignored.

2. Prima facie, this Court is satisfied that the order of this Court dated 06.07.2023, passed in CWJC No.24374 of 2013 has stood complied with, however, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies, as are otherwise available under the law, in case of any subsisting grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
