2. A modification application has been filed to modify the order dated 21.09.2024 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 49676 of 2024 whereby this Court has been pleased to grant regular bail to the petitioner with certain condition inter alia that one of the bailors will be the close relative of the petitioner.

3. Learned Advocate for the petitioner contended that none of the family members of the petitioner owned any property which can be placed as a surety. In view of the averments made in the modification application, the condition stipulated in the order dated 21.09.2024 stands ignored.

4. Learned Advocate for the petitioner further urged

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82312 of 2024(3) dt.20-12-2024 2/2 before this Court that on account of inadvertence in paragraph no. 3 of the bail application one criminal antecedent of the petitioner i.e. R.P.F. PAT 2513/23 could not be mentioned and, as such, this fact also may be incorporated.

5. In view of the submissions the order dated 21.09.2024 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 49676 of 2024 stands modified to the extent that the petitioner bears one criminal antecedent in connection with RPF PAT 2513/23.

6. Let the order be modified to the extent indicated hereinabove.

7. The period of filing of the bail bond be extended for a further period of four weeks.
