The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Beldaur P.S. Case No.209 of 2017 registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act. The informant got information that one Latru Patel had kept kerosene oil. The informant raided the house of Latru Patel. The informant found one Ranjan Kumar Singh in inebriated condition. Ranjan Kumar Singh disclosed that he purchased kerosene oil two months earlier from Kiran Devi, the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that stock of the petitioner was not verified. No shortage of kerosene oil was found in the stock of the petitioner. On mere confession of Ranjan Kumar Singh, name of the petitioner has been mentioned

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner is a lady, the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Khagaria in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No.209 of 2017, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
