1. Though the present petition has been filed for directing the respondents to prevent the encroachers from forcibly and illegally trying to encroach upon the raiyati land of the petitioner, appertaining to Khata No.365, Khesra No.1054, situated at Mauza-Parihara, Thana No.287, District-Begusarai, however, at the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has already filed a representation before the District Magistrate, Begusarai, nonetheless, he would file a fresh representation, hence the District Magistrate, Begusarai be directed to consider the same, in accordance with law and

Patna High Court CWJC No.17915 of 2024(2) dt.27-11-2024 2/2 dispose off the same within a fixed time frame, as is fixed by this Court.

2. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Begusarai by filing appropriate representation within a period of two weeks from today, whereupon the District Magistrate, Begusarai shall consider the same, in accordance with law and pass a reasoned and a speaking order within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
