Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ladaniya P.S. Case No.121 of 2019 for the for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 353, 504, 506 of the IPC.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no concern with the occurrence and has falsely been implicated in this case. No specific allegation against the petitioner. Similarly situated co-accused has already been granted anticipatory bail by co-ordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 22.01.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 84799 of 2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the

No.72653 of 2019(2) dt.31-01-2020 2/2 petitioner, above named, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks in connection with Ladaniya P.S. Case No.121 of 2019 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., IVth, Madhubani, subject to the conditions as laid down in section 438(2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
