The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No.608 of 2022 registered under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POCSO Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is submitted that both parties have compromised the case. The petitioner and the informant have solemnized marriage. In support thereof, a marriage certificate and photographs have been annexed as Annexure 2. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the
