JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 09-12-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner who submits that the petitioner has approached this Court seeking direction to the learned Sub Judge-I, Gopalganj to expedite the trial of Title Suit No. 585 of 2019.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a handicapped and poor person and the matter has been entrusted to him as legal aid counsel. Learned counsel further submits that petitioner is plaintiff before the learned trial court and has filed Title Suit in the year 2019. Learned counsel further submits that the defendants/respondents have been seeking adjournments without any proper reason and learned trial court has been allowing the adjournments liberally and has

3. Since the petitioner has approached this Court with limited prayer for early disposal of this Title Suit, I do not think there is need to issue notice to the other side.

4. The learned Sub Judge-I, Gopalganj is directed to dispose of Title Suit No. 585 of 2019 at the earliest and preferably within six months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order if appearance is complete.

5. With the aforesaid direction, the present petition stands disposed of.
