The petitioner has filed the present application for grant of pre-arrest bail in connection with Kishanganj (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 22 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 376, and 354/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the extraordinary delay of six months caused in institution of the FIR, the petitioner is directed
