Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case No.561 of 2019, registered under Sections 323, 364 and 494 of the Indian Penal Code.

The complainant alleged that she earlier lodged Sitamarhi P.S. Case No.482 of 2015, which is pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Sadar, Sitamarhi. While she was returning, her husband and others tried to kidnap her. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the complainant did not inform the police immediately after the occurrence and lodged the complaint case. No occurrence as alleged by the complainant ever took place. The petitioner has

Taking into consideration the facts and nature of allegations made against the petitioner, let petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-I, Sitamarhi in connection with Complaint Case No.561 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
