Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 289 of 2013 registered under Sections 147, 149, 337, 353, 427, 435 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted that the allegation is general and omnibus. In a mob of 100-150 persons, the petitioner was spotted as one leading the mob. However, it appears, the incident had occurred about four years ago. The petitioner is approaching this Court after delay of four years.

Having regard to the allegation and the other materials reflected from the record, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. The petitioner shall surrender and pray for bail. If he does so within a reasonable time, the learned Court below shall
