JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 14-05-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That by way of this writ application, the petitioner seeks indulgence of this Hon'ble Court for issuance of strict direction of the level of the information center of the State Government to make a proper and just information to the petitioner for the proceeding initiated against the Respondent No. 3 and 4 because the Respondent No. 3 and 4 was directly involved in so many corruptions and to this effect the same was published in the local news papers as also with viral audio, but being the question raised by the

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
