2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148 , 149, 341 , 323 , 323 , 324, 332, 333 , 307 , 353 , 355 , 379, 411 , 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act . 3 . As per the prosecution case , allegation against these petitioners is that they along with other co-accused persons were illegally mining sand in village Ramjichak near Goithwat River and illegally transporting the same . Further allegation against these petitioners is that they attacked police

6. Considering the fact that these petitioners along with other co-accused persons obstructed police personnel in discharging their duties and also attacked them, due to which one police personnel sustained injury and other circumstances of the case , prayer for pre - arrest bail of these petitioners is rejected.
