The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 363/366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim in her statement recorded under section 164 Cr. P. C. has stated that out of her own free will she solemnized marriage with the petitioner. She has stated herself to be 18 years old. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering section 164 Cr.P.C. statement of the victim, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner mentioned above be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the
