2. The present application has been preferred for the following relief(s):

(i) That by way of writ application petitioner seeks Court Hon'ble High indulgence of issuance of for / order an appropriate writ direction in nature of Mandamus commanding upon the respondents from constructing of Community Building vide letter No- 1168 dated 27.8.2024 on the Kebala Land of the petitioner situated at Mauza- Tarauni, Thana No-14 P.S.

Bahera Anchal- Benipur, District- Darbhanga in Khat No- 1418, Khesara No- 4278, area 1 Katha 10 Dhur Land.

Patna High Court CWJC No.18160 of 2025(2) dt.20-11-2025 2/2 ii. For passing any other order/ orders as may be found fit in the fact and circumstances.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice if the representation preferred by him on 08.09.2025 before the Collector, Darbhanga (Annexure-P/4 to the petition) is taken to its logical conclusion.

4. Learned State Counsel submits that the said petition as also if fresh petition is filed, the same shall be taken to its logical conclusion.

5. In that background, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no. 2, the Collector, Darbhanga to take up the representation of the petitioner dated 08.09.2025 (Annexure-4 to the petition) as also any other petition with supporting documents that the petitioner may file along with the copy of this order and after noticing/hearing all the relevant parties to take the matter to its logical conclusion at an earliest.

6. Any development that takes place in between shall be subject to the final outcome of the order passed by the Collector, Darbhanga.
