JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 28-06-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1(i) For issuance of writ/s, order/s, direction/s in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents, to immediately pay the amount of EPF deposit money to the petitioner for the period of 2003 to 2010.
(ii) For issuance of writ/s, order/s, direction/s in the nature of mandamus to also pay the reasonable compound interest amount over the entire dues of the petitioner from the date of entitlement to till the date of payment."

The learned counsel appearing for the Employees Provident Fund Organization, by referring to the counter affidavit filed in the present case, more particularly paragraph no.7 thereof submits that the entire outstanding provident fund amount of the husband of the petitioner has already been paid, however, in case the petitioner is still having some grievances, she can approach the Employees Provident Fund Authority for redressal of her subsisting grievances. 3.
In view of the aforesaid, while disposing off the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent authority of the Employees Provident Fund Organization for redressal of her subsisting grievances, if any.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
