2. The present I.A has been filed seeking permission of the Hon'ble Court to withdraw the present bail application.

3. Referring to statement made in paragraph no. 4 of the I.A., it has been submitted that charge-sheet no. 381 of 2024 dated 18.11.2024 has been submitted against the petitioner and vide order dated 19.11.2024 the petitioner was released from judicial custody.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present Cr. Misc. application has become infructuous and seeks permission to withdraw the same.
