2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per F.I.R., on 10.06.2022 at 4:00 P.M., while the informant was going to his field, the F.I.R. named accused persons, armed with carbine, sixer katta, boarded on two motorcycles came in front of the informant and fired upon him on account of which, informant sustained multiple fire-arm injuries.
4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and his name has transpired during the course of investigation in the confessional statement

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition and submits that allegation of firing by deadly weapon like carbine sixer and katta during which one of the gun shot inflicted upon the informant causing him injured and one of the bullets struck on his chest. Learned counsel further submits there that the petitioner has got eight criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and the fact that petitioner has got eight criminal antecedent, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Therefore, the prayer for anticipatory bail of this petitioner is rejected.
