The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Barhariya P.S. Case No. 63 of 2015 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324 and 307 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the specific allegation made against the petitioner that he assaulted with bhala on the head of the informant, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. The application is rejected.
