2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 1018 of 2023, instituted under Section 30 (a) & 36 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, there is recovery of 39.670 litre illicit liquor from the house of the co-accused, Jitendra Kumar. Allegation against the petitioner is that he fled away from the place of occurrence.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion. Petitioner was not present on the spot. He has been implicated in this case due to arrest of his parents. He is a young boy having no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court of Special Excise Judge, Danapur in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 1018 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482 (2) of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (B.N.S.S.), 2023.
