JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 06-02-2020 The petitioner has approached this Court for a direction to the authorities to make payment of the salary dues which includes arrears of salary and other benefits which ought to have accrued to the petitioner but has not been paid.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if he is given a liberty to make a suitable representation before the respondent no. 2 for the redressal of his grievances and further direct the respondent no. 2 to examine the claim of the petitioner and thereafter pass necessary orders in accordance with law.

Should a suitable representation be made by the petitioner before the respondent no. 2 within a period of three weeks, the same shall be looked into by the concerned respondent, the claim of the petitioner will be verified and if it is found to be tenable, necessary order shall be passed/caused to be passed within a further period of six weeks thereafter.

With the aforesaid direction/observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
