2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 121 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of committing rape upon the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the medical report does not support the allegation of rape the petitioner is in custody since 10.05.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the allegations against the petitioner, I
