2. This application is filed for modification of order dated 29.03.2024 passed in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 3690 of 2023.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellants submits that the appellants have been granted anticipatory bail on 29.03.2024 passed in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 3690 of 2023 with a direction to surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the appellants be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20000/- (twenty

No.86719 of 2024(7) dt.11-12-2024 2/2 thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, SC/ST, East Champaran in connection with A.B.P. No. 1880 of 2023 arising out of Muffasil P.S. Case No. 862 of 2022, but due to some unavoidable circumstances, the appellants could not surrender before the Court below within the stipulated time.

4. In view of the matter, let the time to surrender of the appellants, as ordered on 29.03.2024 passed in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 3690 of 2023, be further extended by four weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

5. Accordingly, the modification application is allowed and the order dated 29.03.2024 passed in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 3690 of 2023 is modified to the above extent. (Chandra Prakash Singh, J) guddukr/- U T
