2. The present writ application has been filed for implementation of an order passed by the Deputy Collector Land Reforms, West Champaran dated 30.06.2017/03.07.2017 in Case No. 30 of 2015-16. The order, it appears, was passed under Bihar Land Dispute Redressal Act, 2010 (hereinafter referred to as 'the Act'). There is provision under the aforesaid Act for execution of the order, which the petitioner could have

3. This application is, thus, disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach appropriate forum, in accordance with law, for implementation of the said order. This Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is not suppressed to execute the orders passed by the Deputy Collector Land Reforms under the Act.
