The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Hulasganj P.S.Case No.04 of 2017 instituted for the offences punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. This is a case of misuse of privilege of bail. Petitioner has stated on oath that this is the first misuse committed by the petitioner due to inadvertence and in future the petitioner shall be vigilant to cooperate with the trial.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District Sessions Judge-V, Jehanabad in connection with Sessions Trial No.406 of
