JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-05-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dhansoi P.S. Case No. 101 of 2022, registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. As per prosecution, some unknown person looted cash around 1,00,000/- from the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submit that the petitioner is quite innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has clean antecedent. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Petitioner is in custody since 16.07.2022. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the nature of allegation levelled against

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6568 of 2023(2) dt.16-05-2023 2/2 the petitioner, his period of custody, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Dhansoi P.S. Case No. 101 of 2022.
