1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for grant of regular bail in connection with S.T no. 307 of 2024, arising out of Angarghat P.S Case no. 88 of 2023 registered under sections 302 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the informant states that his daughter who was married to the petitioner herein was tortured for non-fulfillment of the demand of dowry by way of Rs.2 lacs etc. and was also assaulted by the accused persons including the petitioner herein who happens to be her husband. The petitioner was having an affair with his bhabhi. It was as a result of conspiracy of the accused persons that she was killed by hanging.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86071 of 2024(3) dt.14-02-2025 2/2 order dated 24.4.2024 (Annexure-1) passed in Cr. Misc. no. 14522 of 2024 giving liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after six months or after framing of charge, whichever is later. Referring to the order dated 21.6.2024 contained in Annexure-3, it is submitted that charge has been framed against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 29.11.2023 and undertakes to cooperate in the trial.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations in the FIR, liberty granted to the petitioner by the aforesaid order of rejection dated 24.4.2024 (Annexure-1), charge having been framed in the learned trial Court on 21.6.2024 together with the petitioner having remained in custody since 29.11.2023, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with S.T no. 307 of 2024 (arising out of Angarghat P.S Case no. 88 of 2023) on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Dalsingsarai, Samastipur.
