1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case no.149 of 2022 registered under sections 307, 447, 341, 323, 324, 147, 379, 354B and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, it is submitted by the informant that the seven accused persons including the petitioner herein entered the informant's house variously armed, started to abuse and assaulted her. It is further stated that Mukesh Thakur and the ladies caught hold of the informant while the petitioner struck the informant on her head with a dabiya causing serious injuries.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from the contents of the F.I.R. itself, it would transpire that it

The petitioner is in custody since 24.10.2022 and chargesheet has been submitted in the case. It is lastly submitted that injury attributable to the petitioner as per the F.I.R. has been found to be simple in nature.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the nature of allegation in the F.I.R. together with the injury on the informant having been found to be simple in nature as per the injury report (Annexure-2), the petitioner being in custody for 6 months since 24.10.2022 and chargesheet having been submitted in the case, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case no.149 of 2022 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Araria.
