The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Shambhuganj P.S. Case No. 28 of 2018 registered under Section 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. In the instant case, complaint case is lodged after lapse of three days of the alleged occurrence. Further submission is that there is no medical report of the victim. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent. On perusal of whole records, it appears that section 376 of I.P.C. is

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Banka in connection with Shambhganj P.S. Case No. 28 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
