2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Town P.S.Case No.27 of 2012 registered for an offence under Sections 420, 406 and 504 of the IPC.

3. It has been submitted that the dispute between the parties relate to an agreement for installation of transformer. The allegation of not performing work by the petitioner is wrong and incorrect. The petitioner has sincerely performed the work. The informant in order to avoid payment of dues amount to the petitioner has filed complaint case without giving any paper or accounting. The dispute between the parties is purely a civil dispute and there is no material of cheating to any one on record. The petitioner has clean antecedent and so he deserves anticipatory

5. However, learned APP opposed the submissions.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed. Let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM-VII, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad (Town) P.S.Case No.27 of 2012 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
