The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 12.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7960 of 2018 by which the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No. 264 of 2017, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VIIth-cum-Special Judge (Excise), Aurangabad. The petitioners were directed to surrender and furnish bail bond in the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order dated 12.02.2018. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to some unavoidable reason, the petitioners could not surrender and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30394 of 2018 (2) dt.18-05-2018 2/2 furnish bail bond in the court below in time. Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for further six weeks' time so that the petitioners could surrender and furnish bail bond in the court below.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, six weeks' further time is granted to the petitioners to surrender and furnish bail bond in the court below.

The order dated 12.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7960 of 2018 is modified to the extent as indicated above. The modification application is allowed.
