The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Arrah Nawada Town P.S. case No. 102/ 2019 registered under Section 420, 468, 34 of the IPC.

Sanjay Kumar, the informant, filed Complaint case No. 2261(C) of 2018 on the basis of which the present FIR was registered. The informant alleged that his mother, Dhanwati Devi, was mentally imbalance after death of her husband and taking advantage of her mental condition Puja Kumari, sister of the informant, hatched up a conspiracy and got a registered sale deed executed by her mother and grabbed the entire consideration amount. The petitioner is said to be one of the

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is working in the Axis Bank. Puja Kumari is also an employee of the bank. The petitioner only identified the executant of the sale deed.

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that petitioner is only identifier of executant of the sale deed, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/ surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Arrah in connection with Arrah Nawada Town P.S. case No. 102/ 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
