JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 15-11-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Guthani P. S. Case No. 94 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 354, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of IPC.
As per F.I.R. petitioner and other accused persons torn the blouse of the informant and there is allegation of assault to the father and other family members of the informant. Specific allegation against other co-accused Umesh Rajbhar, Sanjay of assault to father and mother of the informant. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that no specific allegation has been attributed against them.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M.
