2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

"for initiating a proceeding of contempt of this Hon'ble Court against the

Patna High Court MJC No.3909 of 2024(4) dt.07-11-2025 2/2 opposite parties who are violating the order and direction of this Hon'ble Court passed in CWJC NO. 3798 of 2024 on 24.06.2024.

3. The show cause on behalf of the opposite party no. 04 is on record and learned counsel for the opposite party has taken this Court to the order dated 04.10.2025 issued by the Circle Officer, Dhanarua to show that it has been observed that the petitioner should move either before the Court of the Additional Collector or before competent Civil Court.

4. This Court is also of the view that if the petitioner is aggrieved, is well advised to challenge the said order.

5. This Court is satisfied that the order stands complied.

6. The contempt petition stands disposed of.
