The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No. 286/2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272, 273, 420 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018 pending in the learned court below.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, if the petitioner surrenders before the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3910 of 2023(2) dt.23-03-2023 2/2 learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today and seeks regular bail, the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, without being prejudiced by this order.
