2. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 414, 120(B) of the Indian Penal code and Section 25(IAA), 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act, which was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 10.04.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 39842 of 2022 with a direction to learned trial court to conclude the trial within a period of four months failing which, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.

4. In compliance of order dated 15.12.2023, a progress report dated 5.1.2024 has been received from which it appears that trial is likely to be concluded within a period of

5. Trial is likely to be concluded very soon. In that view of the matter, this application stands disposed off.
