The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 354(B), 379 and 452/34 of the IPC.

The prosecution case, as per the written report of Sudha Devi submitted to the Station House Officer, Jamui Police Station is to the effect that on 05.08.2017 at 2 PM, the informant along with her two children were present in her house. The petitioner being the neighbour of the informant, entered into the house of the informant, caught hold of her hand and dragged her and when she protested, the petitioner pushed her on the ground with bad intention. On alarm being raised, the petitioner escaped from the scene. Thereafter, the informant's father-in-

No.2106 of 2018(2) dt.17-01-2018 2/3 law and mother-in-law came to the petitioner's house to complain then the petitioner and co-accused Dharmendra Rawat and Sanjeet Kumar who are cousin brother of the petitioner, snatched Rs. 1,500/- from the pocket of the father-in-law of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is the neighbour of the informant. The informant took Rs. 10,000/- as loan from the petitioner and since the petitioner asked the informant to return the same, the present false case has been lodged. None have received any injury. A statement has been made in paragraph no.3 of the petition that the petitioner is not having any criminal antecedent. Learned counsel for the informant submits that the petitioner assaulted the father-in-law and mother-in-law of the informant.

Considering the nature of accusation and the petitioner having no criminal antecedent, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in
