This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Panapur P.S. Case No. 153 of 2019, disclosing the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code. There are seven persons named in the FIR with the allegation of having secured their appointments as Panchayat Teachers on the basis of forged certificates of having cleared Teachers' Eligibility Test.

Mr. Bindhyachal Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has drawn my attention to a supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioner to submit that five of the seven accused persons named in the FIR

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83400 of 2019(4) dt.29-06-2020 2/2 have been allowed anticipatory bail by this Court by various orders including an order dated 05.02.2020, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 73233 of 2019 and order dated 20.11.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 72997 of 2019.

Considering the above, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within six weeks from today in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand), with two sureties of the like amount, each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-I, Saran at Chapra in Panapur P.S. Case No. 153 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

This is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall present himself before the Police/ Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on his part to appear before the court on two consecutive occasions, his bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
