The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No. 297 of 2019 registered under Section 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering that the petitioner was apprehended by the police while he was sitting along with two others in a stolen car and there is another case of theft already registered against him, I am not inclined to grant him bail for the present. The application is rejected.

The learned jurisdictional Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran is directed to frame charges forthwith and proceed with the trial. In case the trial is not concluded within seven
