The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Manigachhi P.S. Case No.269 of 2015 registered under Sections 379, 354 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that police after investigation submitted chargesheet under Section 147, 447, 448, 323, 504, 509 of the Indian Penal Code. All the offences are bailable. The police found the allegation under Section 379 and 354 of the Indian Penal Code false but the learned Court below also took cognizance under Section 379 and 354 of the Indian Penal Code. No.8470 of 2018 (2) dt.17-02-2018 allegation made against the petitioners, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. VI(6), Darbhanga in connection with Manigachhi P.S. Case No.269 of 2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
