1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):-

Patna High Court CWJC No.18287 of 2024(2) dt.03-12-2024 2/2 "1. That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ/order/direction to the respondents to setup appropriate inquiry against the conduct/act of the respondent Nos.06 to 08, who with collusion/conspiracy of the Bhumafiya, i.e. the respondents No. 9 to 13, are going to allow the Mutation Case No. 3656 of 2024- 25, filed by Vivek Kumar as also the Mutation Case No.3657 of 2024-25, filed by Sri Prakash Chandra and Ajay Kushwaha dated 30.09.2024, in which objection has been raised by the petitioner and to further take appropriate legal action against them."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already filed a title suit, hence she be granted liberty to prosecute the same, which is pending adjudication before the learned Civil Court, Danapur. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
