2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 80(2), 103(1) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the F.I.R., sister of the informant was married to this petitioner about one year ago and after the marriage, she was continuously tortured for dowry. On 19.11.2024, informant came to know that his sister was killed and on reaching there informant saw that accused persons were preparing for cremation of the body.

4. Petitioner is husband of the deceased. In fact, the deceased committed suicide. Petitioner is in custody since 03.04.2025. Charge has also been framed on 31.10.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75979 of 2025(2) dt.14-11-2025 2/2 opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of custody and clean antecedents of the petitioner, the prayer for grant bail of to the petitioner is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Chief Judicial Magistrate1st,, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 733 of 2024.
