The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kopa P.S. Case No. 156/2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/324/308/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the allegation against the petitioner is of having assaulted with Dab, the injuries found on the persons of the lady have been described as simple in nature. Moreover, there is no repetition of blows and the petitioner is an agnate and there was a dispute with regard to a drain.

Having considered the entire facts and circumstances of the case and also because the petitioner is not having any criminal

No.16400 of 2018 (2) dt.12-04-2018 2/2 antecedent, let the petitioner in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran, in connection with Kopa P.S. Case No. 156/2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
