The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Shahkund (Sajouor) P.S. Case No.69 of 2015 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the application for grant of prearrest bail of the petitioners was rejected way back on 1st October, 2015 in A.B.P. No.1373 of 2015 by the learned Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur and, thereafter, the petitioners tried to obtain pre-arrest bail by misleading the court by making wrong statement in the petition that they had never moved for grant of pre-arrest bail, I

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18247 of 2018 (2) dt.05-04-2018 2/2 am not inclined to grant them pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
